Refund policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. To initiate a return, please contact marketing@kalonasupernatural.com within 30 days of delivery to receive a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
